'What a Piece of Work is Man':

    A View from the Outside

    with Andrew Fellows

Friday, October 30th at 7:30pm GMT (3:30pm EDT)

Part 3 of 8 in our 'Humanity Matters: Re-enchanting Homo Sapiens' series of webinars.

The sheer range of human capacities is astonishing, even awe-inspiring. How do we account for them all? Today, we are used to explaining human talents reductively, boiling them down quickly to something more basic. This session will beat a path towards an understanding of our humanity which elevates us, even as it grounds us in created reality.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

As we adjust to the new normal and the Round Church reopens its doors to visitors, we have adopted a range of measures to protect against the spread of COVID-19. We take the safety of our visitors seriously and have put in place precautionary measures developed in consultation with guidance issued by the UK government. These include:

  • Disinfecting high-touch areas more often
  • Encouraging visitors to maintain proper social distance
  • Providing hand sanitiser and face masks free-of-charge
  • Providing disposable headphones for our film
  • Encouraging contactless payments
  • Limiting maximum occupancy to 10
  • Installing a plastic screen on our welcome desk
  • Participating in the NHS Track and Trace programme
